1. do an exercise such as jogging or you can join in a fitness center or you may try the Pilates because if you do it 10 times you'll feel a differrence, in 20 you'll see the difference n in 30 you'll have a new (perfect) body..
2. do a healthy diet by drinks a healthy one such as Green tea because it can reduce LDL n toxic in your body n eat helthy food/snack such as fruits because it's good for your metabolism process..
3. burn your fat in a spa center because it's not only useful for your beauty but also your healthy
4. relax....
