=> melakukan sesuatu di luar hal2 yg selama ini membatasinya.
* jika selama ini kamu selalu merasa takut saat akan melakukan sesuatu, itu berarti kamu masih di batasi oleh ketakutan kamu sendiri (intern). Dan hal tsb adl faktor terbesar yg mempersulit kamu sendiri untuk sukses, selain beberapa fakor dari lingkungan sekitar kita (ekstern).

=> melakukan hal2 yg selama ini belum pernah kamu lakukan, dimulai dri hal2 kecil
* Bangun lebih awal dari biasanya.
* Bekerja lebih lama.
* Jika biasanya kamu istirahat sebelum lelah, cobalah untuk istirahat setelah kamu lelah. Karena, istirahat setela lelah adl hak.

2. do a healthy diet by drinks a healthy one such as Green tea because it can reduce LDL n toxic in your body n eat helthy food/snack such as fruits because it's good for your metabolism process..
